This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Fanfy.studio to generate or publish AI-assisted stories.
1. Allowed Use
- You may use Fanfy.studio to generate original story drafts from ideas, prompts, character notes, and instructions that you provide.
- You may edit, save, and publish generated stories when you have the rights and permissions needed to share them.
- You must keep your prompts, generated content, and published stories lawful, respectful, and appropriate for the service.
2. Prohibited Content
- Do not request, generate, publish, or share NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual content.
- Do not request, generate, publish, or share sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Do not use the Service for hate, harassment, discrimination, graphic violence, abuse, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, weapons, illegal activity, or instructions to cause harm.
- Do not use the Service for impersonation, deceptive deepfake-style content, privacy violations, spam, scams, or other abusive behavior.
3. Third-Party IP and Trademarks
- Do not submit prompts or publish stories that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- If you reference a fandom, franchise, character, setting, title, or brand, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful, non-confusing, and does not imply official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
- Fanfy.studio does not provide official franchise content, licensed source materials, or proprietary character databases.
4. Publishing and Enforcement
- Published stories must follow this policy and our Terms of Service.
- We may block generation, remove content, limit publication, suspend accounts, refuse service, or report abuse when content appears to violate this policy or applicable law.
- Payment providers and Merchant of Record providers may also require us to remove content, refuse transactions, or issue refunds where policy violations are found.
