1. Digital Goods
Fanfy.studio sells digital chapter credits used to generate AI fanfiction chapters. Credits are delivered to your account after a successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if a technical issue prevents you from using purchased chapter credits.
- Refund requests must include the email used for the purchase, order details, and a description of the issue.
- We may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment and investigate the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Chapter credits that have already been successfully used to generate chapters are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with generated text after the chapter was successfully created.
- Refunds may be refused for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including the Prohibited Content section.

5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider and your bank.
