1. Service Description

Fanfy.studio provides an online platform for generating fanfic chapters with AI (the "Service").

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must create an account (for example, by signing in with Google) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Fanfy.studio. If you are under 16, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments

• Access to the Service may require purchasing chapter packages.
• Payments for chapter packages are processed by third-party payment providers: LemonSqueezy (for USD and EUR payments) and YooKassa (for RUB payments). By making a purchase, you also agree to the respective payment provider’s terms of service.
• All purchases are for digital goods (AI-generated chapter credits) and are non-refundable once the chapters have been generated.

4. Refund Policy

• If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased chapters, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.
• Refunds will not be issued for chapters that have already been successfully generated.
• To request a refund, contact us at olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with your order details.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

• You may use the Service to create original fanfic text for personal enjoyment.
• You are fully responsible for the content you create and share.
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, and branding of Fanfy.studio remain our property.
• Fanfic text generated with the Service belongs to you, subject to applicable copyright laws of the original universes/characters.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts.
